Important information about the Nightingale Happy Pet subscription subscription:

• The Nightingale Happy Pet subscription is not an insurance policy and is limited to preventive healthcare services and measures as outlined in the subscription price and entitlements detail.

• The subscription runs for 12 months from the date of signing up.

• The subscription is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

• The subscription will not automatically be renewed, but we will contact you 30 days before the plan lapses to allow you to renew. Any changes to the subscription price and entitlements will be highlighted at this time.

• If the subscription is cancelled at any time before the 12 months, the Practice reserves the right to charge for services, discounts and items provided, up to the full amount of the subscription price less instalments paid in the current 12-month subscription period.

• Veterinary and nurse appointments are subject to the Fair Use Policy outlined in the Nightingale Happy Pet subscription terms and conditions.
