We understand that having a new pet in your life can be a worrying time as there is so much to think about and so many different resources to navigate.
Our Welcome to the World programme is a health plan designed to help you spread the cost of your new pet’s healthcare in the first year of their life.
This initiative gives you the peace of mind that you’re being the best petparent you can be, at the same time as protecting your new pet and saving you money.
We want to make veterinary care accessible and easy, and with two options of health plan you’ll be able to choose which suits you and your family’s needs best.
We are very proud of this special programme we have created. Far from just a quick visit to the vet for vaccinations, this is a complete experience, giving your newest baby family member the best possible start in life from the day they join your family, until they reach adulthood. Nose to tail, every step of the way.

Puppy Programme
£38/month
The Welcome to the World Puppy programme benefits include:

Discounted puppy vaccinations
Year round veterinary grade worm prevention (including lungworm)
Year round veterinary grade flea, tick and mite prevention
Monthly milestone assessments
6 month health examination
No administration fees for Insurance claim submissions
Including Weight clinics and nutritional guidance sessions

Unlimited nail clips included

Anal gland emptying included
Complementary Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (Kennel cough) vaccination

The memberships is not insurance and exclusively provides preventative healthcare products and services, as well as discounts on certain products, as outlined in the order form. We have collaborated with the team at The Dog Orchard in Grundisburgh to be able to offer all Welcome to the World Puppy members a discount on hiring their secure and private exercise facility.
Furthermore, we have partnered with the well renowned and respected team at The Ipswich Dog Trainer to afford all Welcome to the World Puppy members discounts on 1-2-1 private and personal puppy training.
