A Sustainable Work-Life: We champion a healthy work-life balance with humane shifts. This means no out-of-hours (OOH) work, a 1-in-4 Saturday rota, and of course, paid overtime.
Competitive Compensation: We value your expertise and offer a competitive salary package from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience and specialised skills, complemented by pension contributions.
Your Health & Wellbeing: Enjoy a dedicated weekly Wellness Hour, private health insurance, and a practice kitchen kept well-stocked with snacks, fancy teas, and coffees.
Professional Growth: We support your development with an uncapped CPD budget (by agreement), paid VDS cover, and your RCVS and BVA professional memberships covered.
